Terms of use
The agreement between you and the company that runs Curly. Plain English, and short.
Last updated 27 October 2026
Curly is run by AZZOUNI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17538609), registered office 19 Aspen Close, St. Mellons, Cardiff, Wales, CF3 0BT — “we” in these terms. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Who can use Curly
You must be at least 16. One account per person, with real details — an account pretending to be somebody else will be removed. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
Community rules
Curly has a feed, comments and direct messages. Using any of them, you agree not to post, send or share:
- abuse, harassment, bullying or threats of any kind;
- hate speech or slurs about race, religion, sex, gender, sexuality or disability;
- sexual content, nudity, or anything sexual involving a child;
- content that is illegal, encourages self-harm or eating disorders, or promotes violence;
- somebody else's photo or personal details without their say-so;
- spam, scams, or advertising that is not yours to post.
There is no tolerance for any of this. The app filters some wording automatically, anyone can report a post, comment or profile from inside the app, and anyone can block another member, which hides each from the other in both directions.
What we do about it
We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. We can remove content, suspend an account or delete it, without notice where the content is illegal or seriously harmful. If you think we got it wrong, email support@curlyworkout.com and a person will look at it again.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you shared it with — your gym's feed, your friends, or the person you messaged — for as long as you keep it there. Delete a post, or your account, and that permission ends.
Your gym
If you join a gym, its owner and trainers can see your name, username, photo and whether you have been training recently, and can message you. They cannot see your workouts, your messages or your date of birth. Leaving the gym, or deleting your account, ends that immediately.
Training is at your own risk
Curly's workouts, guides and suggestions are general fitness information, not medical advice, and they are not tailored to you. Talk to a doctor before starting a new programme, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant. Stop if something hurts. You are responsible for how you train and for using equipment safely.
The service itself
We do our best to keep Curly running but cannot promise it is always available or free of faults. Your workouts are saved on your phone first and uploaded when there is signal, so a problem on our side should not lose your training. We may change or withdraw features; if we ever close the service we will give you notice and a way to take your data with you.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → the cog → Delete my account) or on this website. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or that is used to harm somebody.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data caused by something outside our control. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app when the change matters. Carrying on using Curly afterwards means you accept the new version.
